Call Centre Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone
- Ensure that calls are handled professionally and manage the length of calls.
- Provide customers with needed information and support
- Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with the services of the organization
- Gather information from customers.
- Adhere to call script and call center policies.
Requirements
- Candidates with HND Upper Credit/Distinction, ability to speak another language is an added advantage.
- Must not be more than 27 years old
- Candidates should possess 0-2 years’ work experience.
- High level of accountability and proficient in Microsoft Suite Office.
