    Responsibilities 

    • Answering incoming calls 
    • Responding to emails
    • Resolve all issues related to Customer account access
    • Providing information about the Company’s product and services 

    Qualifications 

    • Must live within Lekki and environs
    • Bachelor degree in any field
    • Minimum of one year experience in customer care 
    • Good communication skills 
    • Listening skills 
    • Good interpersonal skills 
    • Good typing skill
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Problem solving and Analysis skill
