    Job Description

    • Must have not less than 1year  Customer Service experience
    • Ability to answer customer calls, listen to concerns and solve problems in a pleasant manner
    • A collaborative team player as well as capacity to function independently with little or no supervision

    Skills

    • Must  have good oral communication abilities
    • Possess good attentiveness
    • Proficient in microsoft office suite
