Key Responsibilities:

• Support the procurement team with the preparation of purchase orders and sourcing documentation.
• Assist in evaluating supplier quotations and ensuring timely follow-up on deliveries.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and assist in generating reports.
• Liaise with suppliers to track orders, resolve delays, and ensure quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure procurement needs are met efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in procurement or a related administrative role (internship experience included).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
