    Business Support Officer

    Excel and Grace Consulting is a major player in Business Consulting with clients scattered round Nigeria and Africa as a whole. This recruitment seeks to address the needs of one of its clients in the Real Estate sector. 

    Principal Duties / Responsibilities

    • Greeting clients, answering the telephone and making follow-up calls. 
    • Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
    • Preparing real estate forms and documents. 
    • Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback 
    • Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials. 
    • Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
    • Preparing listing materials
    • Managing a client database and preparing reports. 
    • Assisting with closing processes. 
    • Performing other duties as assigned. 
    • Day to day management of the office environment

    Job Requirements  

    • OND/ HND Degree Experience 
    • Male candidate preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years work experience

    Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

    • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Driving skills is compulsory.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong numeracy and organizational skills. 
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 
    • Strong attention to detail.
