Business Process Data Manager at DMOT Enterprises

Job Purpose

• They are industry specialists who improve business processes & responsible for organizing data related to sales, supply chain & production.
• Evaluate existing processes, analyze implemented changes, and recommend adjustments to workflows, schedules, or other processes, as needed.
• Data is then analyzed, designed, and presented in a way that assists individuals, businesses, and organizations make better decisions related to productivity, efficiency & cost control.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
• Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management
• Evaluating existing business processes & recommending improvements, and evaluating the efficiency of changes made to our business processes.
• Performing analysis to assess meaning of data.
• Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.
• Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Working with relevant managers & management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
• Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
• Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement.
• Revising and updating procedures and policies

Skills Required

• Master / Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting or quality related field or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in working on quality-related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of relational databases, Microsoft applications,
• Strong sense of ownership for team cohesion and team development; Good Communication skills & strong attention to detail; Presentation skills – ability to write and speak clearly. Easily communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.
• Excellent analytical skills - the ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data and Strong data & numeracy skills.
