Business Operations Specialist- Mandarin Speaker at PalmPay

PalmPay is looking for a trilingual Business Operations Specialist to support the growth of our POS payment and merchant financial products. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, cross-functional coordination experience, a passion for delivering operational excellence and must be fluent in Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

• Address merchant challenges in payments, credit, and financial services.
• Design and implement tailored POS and financial product solutions.
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies and drive product adoption.
• Analyze data and product feedback to improve operations.
• Collaborate with banks and partners to expand business offerings.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (accent-neutral).
• At least 3 years’ experience in operations, finance, or payments.
• Strong analytical and MS Office skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and great at cross-team coordination.
• Experience in product incubation or GTM is a plus.
