    Business Operations Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Sourcing, developing and maintaining relationships with company’s service providers and key personnel within these companies.
    • Effective and efficient coordination and mobilization of logistics support for business operations (e.g. Pool Car maintenance, driver management, vendor management.
    • Effective and Efficient management of administrative resources e.g CUG lines, office internet, office equipment).
    • Maintain records of Asset Register for Administrative assets.
    • Review insurance policies and liaising with insurance company to ensure company’s property are promptly insured, renewed, and lodge claims for indemnity.
    • Escalating and resolving areas of concern in Business Operations as raised by Staff and MD, while carrying out client satisfaction surveys and review of service providers.
    • Plan, and organize periodic internal/external company event and ensure judicious management of resources.
    • Carryout efficient Inventory management, keep records of company items and ensure the supply and retrieval of operational and administrative work-tools during staff entry/exit.
    • Ensure all offices are efficiently equipped with resources needed for their smooth operation
    • Liaising with internal departments to ensure staff needs are met effectively.
    • Responsible for management, preparation and presentation of business proposals relating to business support.
    • Facilitating company’smeetings and brainstorming sessions, while ensureall locations are efficiently equipped with resources needed for smooth operations.
    • Conduct quarterly analysis of administrative expenses and make necessary recommendations.
    • Conducting business reviews to ensure ESQC in company’s business operation and scheduling and attending meetings with service providers to improve service delivery.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
    • 3 - 5 years work experience.
