As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for supervising all client service and administrative activities, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer experience, and efficient coordination across the business.
Responsibilities
Supervise client service activities and ensure prompt handling of customer inquiries and complaints
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and record management
Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requests and service support
Monitor service/admin performance and provide regular updates and reports to management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in client service, administration, or operations supervision
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic reporting
Must reside within Surulere or its immediate vicinity
