A reputable Solar company is currently recruiting for the position of a Business Manager.

Job Competency Requirements

• Ability to ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective way, lead and motivate team members to advance employee’s sense of ownership and commitment and enable them to achieve targets.
• Ability to design business strategies, strategize and improve operational management systems, processes and best practices to meet the company goals, maintain the company’s goals and objectives and assess the company’s overall performance.
• Ability to assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets, win new businesses/contract and execute and create a sales team that will generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company’s business and growth plans and the sales targets
• Ability to analyze financial data and use them to improve profitability and maintain a view of financial position to ensure the provision of adequate cash flow for day-to-day working and in compliance with statutory requirements and reporting.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key partners/stakeholders/clients.
• Ability to manage inventory, forecast, develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
• Ability to manage the project team, perform quality controls, monitor projects and ensure the organization’s processes meets the customers requirement and legally compliant.

Job Qualifications Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field of study with a minimum of 5 years’ management work experience in a solar company.
2. The applicant should have a strong analytical background and he should be Well-networked across a diverse range of people and groups in Nigeria.
