Job Responsibilities

• Oversees the activities of other workers.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates new employees.
• Ensures that acompanyor department is on track to meet its financial goals.
• Reports to other executives or to the owner directly.
• Monitoring performance and initiating action to strengthen results
• Monitoring and controlling expenses and budgets
• Tracking and reporting scorecard results to senior management
• Planning and goal-setting for future periods.

Job Requiremnets

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related field
• An exprience in the Travels industry is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role
• Proven experience with business and strategy development processes
• Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment
• Superior leadership skills, with a focus in employee coaching and development.
