Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Market Development:

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand the company’s portfolio.
• Develop business idea for company growth and customer satisfaction & retention

Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Generate leads, identify potential customers, and secure contracts for projects.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client needs.

Project Development & Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end projects from inception to installation.
• Coordinate Technical teams during projects to ensure seamless of project delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

• A Degree in Management and previous experience in managing operations of a renewable energy company.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate daily operations of the company and meet up with customers needs.
