Business Manager-Operations and Maintenance at Hobark International Limited (HIL)

Job Summary

• The Business Manager (EM) — 08M, New Service Business will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services within the Process Management Division of the organisation.
• This role will focus on growing the service business portfolio, driving customer acquisition, and positioning us as the partner of choice for long-term solutions across the oil & gas, energy, and industrial sectors.

Minimum Qualification I Experience

• Minimum of 10 — 15 years' experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within O&M, oilfield services, EPC, or process automation industries.
• Proven track record of winning service contracts and managing key client accounts.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and strong negotion skills.
• Strong knowledge of strategic and quantitative analysis.
• Strong Customer Relationship Management.
• People Management & Leadership Skills.
