    Business Manager

    Report To: Managing Director / CEO   

    Salary:  N150,000 – N250,000     

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the daily operations of the beauty business (salon, spa, or retail unit) to ensure smooth service delivery. 
    • Manage staff performance, schedules, and productivity across all departments. 
    • Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and support budgeting and cost management. 
    • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase sales, customer retention, and brand visibility. 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners in the beauty industry. 
    • Ensure high standards of customer service and overall client experience. 
    • Identify business opportunities such as new services, product lines, or partnerships. 
    • Supervise inventory control for beauty products and ensure proper stock management. 
    • Prepare periodic performance and operational reports for management review. 
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

    Requirement

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field. 
    • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in business management, retail, salon/spa operations, or beauty industry roles. 
    • Strong understanding of business operations, customer service, and financial management. 
    • Experience in the beauty or personal care industry is highly preferred. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
