Job Description:

Training and development,participate in a structured training program to learn about the company's operations, management strategies, and business practices.Rotate through different departments such as sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of each area.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and management of various business projects.
• Work closely with department heads and team leaders and contribute to achieving project goals.
• Analyze business data and market trends to support decision-making processes.
• Engage with customers and clients to understand their needs and provide solution.
• Develop leadership skills by managing small teams or projects

   Requirements 

• A National Diploma in business administration, management, finance, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
• Recent graduates and those with minimal work experience are often considered.
