Business Development Officer at Pristine Divitis Microfinance Bank Ltd

Job Summary:

We are seeking proactive and dedicated Business Development Officers with an OND (Ordinary National Diploma) to join our team at the Gwagwalada, Abuja branch. This role is strictly focused on daily collections from existing daily contribution customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable working independently, and have a passion for customer engagement. Applicants must have completed their OND and should be below 35 years of age. Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily collections from existing daily contribution customers.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with current customers, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Resolve customer queries related to their contributions in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of daily collections and activities.
• Assist in the retention of existing customers by ensuring they stay satisfied with the bank\'s services.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to meet financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• OND in any field.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and meeting collection targets.
• Must be below 35 years of age.
