Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team at the Gwagwalada, Abuja branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving the growth of the bank\'s portfolio. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in financial marketing. a Bachelor\'s degree (B.Sc.) who have completed NYSC are encouraged to apply. Applicants should be below 35 years of age, with female candidates preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the bank’s customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Develop and implement strategies to promote bank products and services
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Assist in creating marketing and sales campaigns to enhance business growth
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree (B.Sc.) in any field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Analytical skills with attention to detail
• Must be below 30 years of age
