    Business Development Officer

    The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, assessing competitive landscape, building relationships with clients, presenting business proposals to potential clients or partners and expanding the company market presence.

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our esteemed real estate, building construction, and property company. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships within the industry

    Responsibilities:·

    •  Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential avenues forbusiness expansion within the real estate and construction sectors.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our market presence,increase revenue streams, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
    • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new partnerships and clients to facilitate business growth.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders including investors, contractors, architects,and developers to establish strategic alliances that align with our company's   growth objectives.
    • Lead sales efforts by presenting services, negotiating deals, and closingcontracts with prospective buyers, sellers, and partners.
    • Evaluate risks associated with projects or partnerships and develop effective strategies to mitigate these risks.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networkingopportunities to expand our network and visibility.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, CivilEngineering or related field.
    • Typically, 2-5 years’ experience in business development within the realestate, building construction, or property industry.
    • Strong understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and clientrelationship management.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment whiledemonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software is preferred.
    • Track record of achieving measurable results and meeting business development target.
