Business Development Officer - Marketplace at Mintyn Digital Bank

Role Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth in our online marketplace by onboarding vendors and attracting buyers.
• Build strong vendor relationships and ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns that increase sales.
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics and develop strategies to meet sales targets.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in Sales is a Plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
