Business Development Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking to recruit passionate and goal-oriented Business Development Officers (BDOs) to drive business growth and client acquisition across multiple locations.
- Successful candidates will play a key role in expanding our reach within the Insurance and Microfinance sectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field
- Minimum of 1–2 years post-qualification experience in the Insurance or Microfinance sector
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
