JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open Seminar Programs
• In-Company Training
• Recruitment and Executive Search Services
• Outsourcing
• Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Identify clients training needs by consulting with stakeholders and conducting needs assessment.
• Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring that number of meetings meets targets.
• Participate in sales campaigns to drive revenue and increase product growth.
• Develop new business relationships.
• Present effective and professional presentations on products and services.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure all sales administration is kept current.
• Ensure work performance meets the Marketing plan and strategies.
• Provide monthly report regarding all training and related activities.
• Develop, co-ordinate promotional activities and events to attract new clients

REQUIREMENT

• Good First Degree
• 2 to 3 years experience in marketing of Training and Consulting services
• Excellent user of Virtual training platforms
• Verifiable Networks of Clientele base.
• Outstanding ability to accomplishing tasks that requires flexibility.
• Ability to work in groups and alone.
• Good communication, management and interacting skills.
• Proactive in all duties.
