Job Summary

• As a business development manager, you will lead the marketing functions of their branch, focusing on driving business growth through loan generation, deposit mobilization, and marketing the Bank’s electronic products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve targets for loan generation, deposit mobilization, and revenue growth.
• Drive the marketing and adoption of the Bank’s electronic products and services, including POS, mobile app, and internet banking.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of all branch staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare periodic reports on business performance and market trends for management.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or other relevant disciplines.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the banking or microfinance sector is required.
• Proven track record in business development, marketing, and branch management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Excellent understanding of microfinance banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
