As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across the organization and its subsidiaries. You will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, build strategic partnerships, and support the group’s overall commercial and growth objectives within the Nigerian financial services market.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and revenue channels across financial services subsidiaries
Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, regulators, and key institutional stakeholders
Lead market expansion initiatives, client acquisition strategies, and brand visibility efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with product, finance, and operational priorities
Track performance, develop KPIs, and provide regular reports on revenue growth and partnership outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business development within financial services, banking, fintech, or FX
Proven track record in revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnership management
Strong knowledge of the Nigerian financial services market with excellent negotiation and communication skills
