    Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • Achieving individual and sales team productivity KPI’s.
    • Contacting potential clients to establish.
    • Booking appointments and visiting prospects towards achieving sales targets.
    • Planning new marketing initiatives and Sales Plans.
    • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
    • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
    • Finding and developing new markets, improving sales and brand promotions.
    • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
    • Developing proposals, brochures, and sales tools for clients.
    • Building and improving relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Generating new leads, identifying, and contacting decision-makers,
    • Screening potential business opportunities and selecting deals in line with achieving set targets with profound strategies.
    • Submitting sales reports and business forecasts.
    • Handling aggrieved customers vis-à-vis ensuring continuous patronage.
    • Keeping tab on competition activities and developing strategies to increase market share.
    • Facilitating sales pitch for retention of existing clients and acquisition of new clients.
    • Performing other work-related duties as assigned by GM.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 10 - 15 years work experience.
