We are looking to hire a highly skilled Business Development Manager responsible for new business expansion through franchise sales, franchise re-sales, re-franchising, or franchisee consultations.
Responsibilities
Responsible for sales objectives in targeted markets and implementation of plans for attracting qualified franchisees to those markets.
Coordinate negotiations with franchise applicants
Maintain sale processes and compliance with franchise regulations
Requirements
At least 5 years of franchise sales experience.
Direct franchise sales experience in Restaurant and Food Service or Laundromat
CRM Knowledge is required.
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite are needed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with and understanding of franchise or other business models and business opportunities
Tenacity and self-motivation, high energy level, self-starter with a positive attitude
Must be able to understand financial statements
High level of integrity and demonstrate sound judgment.
Strong ability to build relationships and work within a team.
