    Business Development Manager – Power

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
    • 5+ years Of experience in Business Development, Category Management, or Sales Management specifically within the Power sector (Generators, Solar, Inverters, or Electrical Engineering).
    • Proven track record of managing generator or renewable energy brands and navigating the Nigerian power market (including dealing with installation technicians and project sales).

    Job Objectives:

    • The Business Development Manager for Power is responsible for driving the strategic growth and profitability of the Power category (Generators, Inverters, Solar Panels, Deep-Cycle Batteries, UPS, and Voltage Stabilizers).
    • This role requires a specialist who understands the shift from traditional petrol generators to renewable energy solutions. The BDM Power will focus on project sales, alternative energy partnerships, inventory health (to prevent non-moving heavy stock), and establishing the brand as a trusted authority in the power sector.
