    Business Development Manager

    About the Job

    • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying. developing and securing strategic partnerships and revenue opportunities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Business Development & Partnerships Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities, brand partnerships, sponsorships and strategic alliances across cultureled sectors.
    • Commercial Strategy & Proposal Development Lead the endtoend proposal process. Develop compelling, insightled partnership proposals and business cases that allgn client objectives with agency capabilities and cultural relevance.
    • Revenue & Pipeline Management Own and manage the buisiness pipeline and forecast. 
    • Track opportunities from lead to closure to ensure consistent delivery against revenue and partnership targets.
    • Market Intelligence & Data Analysis  Conduct market research, competitive analysis and audience insighits gathering. 
    • Translate data and performance metrics into partnership strategies and revenue recommendations.
    • Executive Presentations & Stakeholder EngagementCreate and deliver executive level pitch decks, partnership presentations, and commercial reports. Represent the agency in highlevel client and partner meetings
    • Cross Functional LeadershipCollaborate with Strategy, Creative, Operations, and Account teams to ensure seamless handover postsale and alignment on delivery Contribute to agency positioning, service offerings, and growth strategy.

    Requirements

    • 4 - 7 years experience in business development, sales or similar role
    •  Proven track record of meeting, developing successful proposals and securing partnerships
    • Experience creating executive level presentations and pitch decks
    • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
    • Experience in the entertainment or creative industry
    • Portfolio of proposal, presentations or successful partnership case studies preferred.
