What You’ll Do

• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across premium advertising assets
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships through upselling and value delivery
• Sell consultatively, helping clients maximize advertising ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless campaign execution
• Spot trends and unlock new business opportunities within the marketing communications space

What We’re Looking For

• Proven 4 - 6 years experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in OOH advertising, media, or marketing communications)
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to sell strategically and consultatively
• Highly driven, target-oriented, and proactive
• Excellent communication and professional integrity.
