Role Description

• Our company, an FMCG, is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help grow and expand our clientele.
• This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager based in Lagos.
• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and developing strategies to drive business growth.
• Daily tasks will include market research, creating business plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategy Development
• Experience in Client Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing techniques
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the Nigerian and West African markets is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving business growth targets
