    Business Development Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager here in Abuja.
    • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing business growth strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the real estate sector.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field with 3-5 years work experience.
    • Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
    • Market Research and Analysis skills
    • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
    • Strategic Planning and Decision-making abilities
    • Experience in the real estate or property management industry and experienced at selling events
    • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet targets.
