    Business Development Manager (Modern Trade/HoReCa)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Onboard & manage modern trade accounts (supermarkets, hypermarkets, etc.).
    • Develop sales strategies to drive revenue & market share growth.
    • Lead negotiations & partnerships with key trade partners.
    • Oversee logistics & delivery, ensuring smooth stock movement.
    • Monitor credit & payment compliance to minimize financial risks.
    • Track sales performance & market trends for data-driven decisions.

    Requirements:

    • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • 4+ years in sales, business development, or account management (e-commerce, retail, FMCG).
    • Strong negotiation, data analysis & market strategy skills.
