    Business Development Manager

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Recruit fifty (50) successful & active real estate consultants and manage them via your WhatsApp group.
    • Sell at least one full plot per month.
    • Sell two (2) 5,000 naira daily plans, OR
    • Sell Six (6) 2,000 naira daily plans, OR
    • Twelve (12) 1,000 naira daily plans

    EARNINGS

    • Basic Salary: 100,000 naira
    • Commission: 4,000 naira per successful consultant recruited directly or through downlines
    • Potential Total Earnings: 300,000 naira (100,000 + [4,000 × 50])

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Level Duration: Four (4) months
    • Training Requirements: Twice weekly
    • Grounds for Demotion: Less than 50% of requirements for three consecutive months.
