    Job Description

    Business Development:

    • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships tunlock new business opportunities.
    • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns tboost brand awareness and product promotions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and mutual benefit.

    Operations Management:

    • Oversee daily spa operations,ensuring smooth customer flow and a positive experience.
    • Implement and maintain high-quality standards for productivity and custaomer service.
    • Collaborate with relevant teams tstreamline operational processes for increased efficiency.

    Customer Relations:

    • Efficiently resolve customer concerns, prioritizing high satisfaction levels.
    • Implement strategies texpand and engage the customer base.
    • Identify opportunities for service improvement and deliver measurable results.

    Stakeholder Liaison:

    • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders,fostering clear communication channels.
    • Collaborate closely with team members tcultivate and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Work closely with the CEon partnership initiatives, managing bookings, and schedules.

    Collaborative Planning:

    • Partner with the CEin strategic business development planning and execution.
    • Manage partnerships with other companies,ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Contribute tthe development and implementation of promotional marketing initiatives. Team Leadership and Training:
    • Lead and inspire a collaborative team, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Provide training and guidance tteam members, ensuring alignment with spa standards and goals.

    Analytical Skills:

    • Utilize your excellent analytical skills ttrack marketing performance and assess the effectiveness of strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, providing insights for informed decision-making.

    Flexibility and Adaptability:

    • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response tchanging business needs.
    • Proactively identify and address challenges, contributing tthe overall success of the spa.

    Project Management:

    • Effectively manage projects related tbusiness development,marketing campaigns, and operational enhancements.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet desired objectives.
