    Business Development Manager

    Job Description:

    The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for Kursi Investments Limited. This role will involve leading the contract bidding and negotiation process, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing profitability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
    • Lead the contract bidding process, including the preparation of proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics.
    • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
    • Develop and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business development activities and company objectives.
    • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets and goals.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and results to senior management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.

    Qualifications and Experience Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
    • Strong understanding of domestic and international markets, with experience in sourcing and closing business deals.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
    • Experience in contract bidding and negotiation, preferably in the mining industry or related sectors.
    • Membership of any relevant professional body is an added advantage.
