Job Summary
- We are a multi-sector organization operating across Health & Wellness, Real Estate, Technology, and Education, and we are expanding our leadership team and seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and drive sustainable growth across Health & Wellness, Real Estate, Technology, and Education.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Build and manage strategic partnerships and client relationships
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
- Develop and implement business growth strategies
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to management
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and close deals
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness
- Demonstrated leadership and professional maturity.
