    Business Development Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Represent the company at meetings and events.
    • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new business opportunities.
    • Interface between the company and potential clients through direct communication such as onsite meetings, telephone calls and presentations to promote our brand and services.
    • Prepare marketing plans and strategies.
    • Lead all Business Development activities within the company.
    • Find and pursue new business through networking.
    • Pitch product to corporate and clients.
    • Negotiate and close deals.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Work with internal teams to deliver solutions.
    • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
    • Confident, well-spoken, and presentable.
    • Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to close deals and build rapport.
    • Eager to learn and adapt quickly.
    • Highly professional, disciplined, and results-driven.
    • Comfortable interacting with top-tier clients.
    • Sales or business development experience is a plus, but attitude matters most.
