    Business Development Manager

    Position Overview 

    • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth initiatives, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence across key urban centers.
    • The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with relationship-building skills to identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase market share and revenue 
    • identify , pursue , and secure strategic partnerships with individuals and corporate clients, and local businesses. 
    • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences . 
    • Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential partners and clients 
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements that maximize value for all parties. 
    • Establish and maintain KPIs to track business development performance 
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

    Qualifications 

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. 
    • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in health, hospitality, or related services industries. 
    • Proven track record of identifying and securing profitable partnerships 
    • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills 
    • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal 
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends 
    • Proficiency with CRM systems and business development tools 
    • Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
