Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
5–10 years of progressive experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field (aviation industry experience is a strong advantage).
Proven ability to identify, develop, and manage strategic business opportunities and partnerships.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with board members, colleagues, business partners, prospects, and community stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple clients/projects effectively.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Job role
Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence and operational performance.
Develop and implement sales plan, strategies, and initiatives to generate new business opportunities as well as expand current clients
Collaborate with the Legal team to draft, review, and finalize contracts and business proposals before submission to prospective clients.
Analyzing and identifying the scope for business case analysis and recommend solutions and improvements to business procedures
Partner with the Marketing department to design and execute promotional strategies and campaigns.
Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and value proposition to effectively engage clients and partners
