Business Development Manager

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth across multiple sectors
- Identify new market opportunities and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive sales and business development efforts, particularly within the agro-business (poultry) industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals
Person Specifications:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business development, with a strong background in agricultural sales
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple business verticals effectively
