    Business Development Manager

    Reports to: Managing Director

    Job objectives: Our client, a reputable Fintech firm is seeking to hire a Business Development Manager, who will help expand clientele by prospecting and developing business, create an avenue for the sales of software solutions and services to new and existing customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Devise a business development strategy, with financial and customer satisfaction at its center.
    • Develop and oversee new marketing initiatives.
    • Current knowledge on industry trends, locally and internationally.
    • Communicating new services and solutions to existing clients and prospects.
    • Researching organizations to find new opportunities.
    • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
    • Identify and map out business strengths and customer needs
    • Develop and revise client contacts
    • Attend conferences, seminars and events where appropriate

    Key Requirements:

    Education / Qualification

    • A first degree in Engineering, Information Technology or any related field.
    • A master’s degree is an added advantage.
    • Possession of professional certifications is also an added advantage.

    Experience

    • 3 - 5 years’ minimum experience as a Business Development Manager.
    • A proven track record of closing sales of ERP Solutions in the Fintech sector.
    • A track record of creating new accounts and generating revenue for the business
    • Adept in implementing business development strategies.
    • Excellent power point skills and good communication.
    • IT fluency and basic Digital marketing skills.
    • Visible leadership qualities
