Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to enhance the company's competitive edge.
• Lead sales and marketing efforts, including developing and executing effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities to meet sales targets.
• Provide oversight on day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality service delivery.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, streamline operations, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including licensing, permits, and legal obligations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, market analysis, and growth opportunities to senior management.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve individual and collective business development goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real-estate development, business development, operations, sales, or marketing roles within the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of successfully growing revenue, expanding market reach, and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
• Must be between 45 and 55 years of age.
• Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and business performance evaluation.
