    Business Development Manager

    Role Description

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer with proven experience in the tech recruitment or talent acquisition industry.
    • The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth for our tech recruiting services.
    • This role requires a deep understanding of the tech hiring landscape and the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to HR decision-makers, CTOs, CIOs, and hiring managers in technology-driven companies.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target markets, including startups, fintechs, banks, and enterprise tech teams.
    • Pitch and sell tech recruitment and staffing solutions to potential clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CHROs, CTOs, CIOs, and Talent Acquisition Managers.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (recruiters, account managers, and marketing) to tailor solutions that meet client-specific needs.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback using CRM tools.
    • Monitor industry trends, client hiring needs, and competitor activity to identify new growth areas.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management— preferably in a tech recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting environment.
    • Strong understanding of tech roles (e.g., software engineers, DevOps, data analysts) and recruitment cycles.
