We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive market expansion, distributor growth, and sales performance across Jos and surrounding territories.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the beverage / FMCG industry, with strong expertise in distributor management, route-to-market execution, and volume growth strategies.
Core Deliverables
Drive sales growth and market penetration across assigned territories.
Identify and onboard new distributors and key wholesale partners.
Ensure achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets.
Strengthen product visibility and availability in key markets.
Build strong relationships with distributors and trade partners.
Develop strategies to increase market share and customer acquisition.
Other Job Functions
Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities.
Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
Ensure effective execution of trade promotions and sales initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve distributor concerns.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 4–6 years’ experiencein business development or sales within the beverage / FMCG sector.
Strong distributor management experience.
Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
