    Business Development Manager

    Role Overview

    • As our Sales / Business Development Manager, you will drive the growth of Alpha’s Touch by acquiring new corporate clients, deepening existing B2B and B2C relationships, building partnerships across the hospitality sector, and strengthening our presence both on the ground and across social media.
    • This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, street-smart hustle, sector expertise, and excellent people skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify high-value prospects and develop sales strategies to acquire corporate, institutional, and individual clients
    • Pursue partnership and supply opportunities across the hospitality industry, e.g, hotels, restaurants, serviced apartments, spas, salons, clinics, as well as corporate offices and residential estates
    • Oversee the sales pipeline; from lead generation to conversion and retention
    • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to build strong customer relationships
    • Leverage social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, X, TikTok) to generate leads, nurture prospects, and grow the Alpha’s Touch brand presence online
    • Work with marketing to support campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and relay feedback to operations for continuous improvement
    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management
    • Train and manage a small team of sales reps or agents (where applicable)
    • Other process improvement initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
    • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in sales or business development, with direct exposure to the laundry/dry-cleaning industry and/or the hospitality sector (hotels, serviced apartments, spas, restaurants)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
    • Demonstrated ability to identify prospects and convert them into long-term corporate clients
    • Working knowledge of social media for business; comfortable using Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business to attract and engage prospects
    • Ability to work independently and hit sales targets
    • Familiarity with Lagos neighborhoods and corporate terrain
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF tools is an advantage; familiarity with CRM software (or willingness to learn) is also valued.
