    Business Development Manager - Abuja

    Job Description

    • Daily Manage the Agent supervisors allocated by the line managers in a designated LGAs of state/City
    • Train Agent supervisors to be more efficient to develop sales agents.
    • Give the team's performance report on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis.
    • Meet the team's KPI target set by the Company
    • Adhere to the company's regulations

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Development Manager.
    • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field of study.
    • Ability to manage a team efficiently
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Vast experience in the fintech industry is an added advantage
    • Good business knowledge.
    • Negotiation skills.
