Role Overview

• We are seeking a smart, ambitious, and self-driven Remote Business Development Intern to join our team.
• You will play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing recruitment deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
• Promote our recruitment and HR solutions to businesses.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work closely with the team to achieve set revenue targets.
• Provide weekly reports on activities and progress.

Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous sales / BD experience (an added advantage, but not mandatory).

What We Offer
