Job Summary

• We are hiring a motivated and proactive Business Development Intern to help drive client acquisition for our HR Consulting firm.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities and promoting our HR services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in need of HR solutions.
• Present and promote the company’s services (Recruitment, Outsourcing, Training, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly client acquisition targets.
• Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and feedback.
• Provide insights on market trends and client needs.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree In Human Resource or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A “can-do” attitude and self-motivated personality.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Good Customer experience skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
