About the Role:

Are you a recent graduate passionate about people, growth, and business?

We are seeking a smart, energetic, and trainable Business Development (Graduate Trainee) to join our team in Lekki. This role offers hands-on exposure to both recruitment and business development, providing a strong foundation in client management, market research, and people engagement within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in identifying and reaching out to potential clients
• Assist in preparing business proposals, pitches, and presentations
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain and update client and candidate databases
• Support client engagement and relationship management activities
• Participate in meetings, interviews, and job fairs where necessary
• Assist in follow-ups, reporting, and general administrative task

Requirements:

• Strong interest in Recruitment and Business Development
• Must have completed NYSC
• Must be under 25 years old
• No prior work experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn, persuasive communication, and attention to detail
• Must reside in or be willing to commute daily to Lekki, Lagos State
