As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through liability generation and fixed deposit mobilization.
Responsibilities
Generate liabilities and mobilize fixed deposits in line with assigned targets
Identify and engage prospective clients to grow the organization’s deposit base
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and corporate clients
Track performance against targets and provide regular activity and sales reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.); a second degree is an added advantage
Prior experience in banking or other financial institutions
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed financial targets.
