    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base. You will help identify new business opportunities, forge alliances by building strong relationships with clients as well as coming up with effective strategies that will bring about financial growth of the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction
    • Draft reasonable KPIs for lead generation and client retention
    • Conduct adequate and informed research to identify new markets and client needs
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    • Promote the company’s products and services addressing or foreseeing clients needs.
    • Draft/Submit business proposals for/to prospective clients
    • Provide genuine feedback and after-sales support
    • Forge long-term relationships with new and existing clients

    Requirements

    • Not less than 2 years experience in business development related roles
    • Fleunt in English language and any local language.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Graduate in any field
    • Vast knowledge of the market
    • Persuasion and Communication Skills
    • Ability to lead a team of young sales or business development officers.
